Noise from the street can be bothersome, particularly if you're near the more active areas, making it tough to get a good night's sleep. The distance from local attractions requires trekking up steep hills, which isn’t ideal for everyone and may not suit those with mobility challenges. The in-room amenities were inconsistently stocked, and the spa's accessibility issues left some fingers crossed for a more relaxing experience. Breakfast service had hiccups. items ran low quickly, and it seemed like there were staffing shortages during peak times. the facilities here have some charm but could really do with updates and a bit more attention to guest needs.

Enjoyed the splendid view of Ostuni from my room and the cleanliness of the bathroom. Staff were exceptional, helping with reservations and directions. Breakfast offered a great variety, both sweet and savory. The indoor spaces, particularly the breakfast room, were surprisingly beautiful. I faced some issues with the air conditioning. it was centrally controlled and could not maintain a comfortable temperature. The spa access felt exclusive, with a fee for usage. My room, though tidy, was smaller than expected for a four-star hotel, and noise from the road was a constant distraction.
